THE RULES OF PLAY

LOTTOXPRESS is a Canadian Company incorporated in 1999. The
company's main objective is to provide its subscribers internet ticket purchase access to
their favourite lottery draws and ticket portfolio monitor. The company is also committed
to several key services offered as a part of the internet solution to lottery
subscription. LOTTOXPRESS is committed to excellent service and wishes all its subscribers
"GOOD LUCK".
THE RULES OF PLAY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Subscribers must be over the age of 18 to play.
- LOTTOXPRESS is not responsible for errors and omissions
- There is a service and administration fee charged as follows:
($1.95 for 2 & 8 Draw Plans) ($4.95 for 12, 26 & 52 Draw plans)($9.95 for 104, 130
and 208 Draw plans)
- By executing proceed to payment transaction, either by credit
card, cheque or money order; will formulate an agreement of acceptance for LOTTOXPRESS
Inc. to proceed with purchase of tickets on your behalf and charge you accordingly with
the cost of the tickets and the admin. fee for the service.
- All executed transactions and payments are non refundable.
- LOTTOXPRESS reserves the right to to establish the official
start and end dates for the subscription.
- Numbers submitted before 12 pm noon EST on draw days will
begin play on that day. Numbers submitted after 12 noon EST on draw days will begin play
on the next draw.
- Under no circumstances shall LOTTOXPRESS be liable for any
consequential winnings resulting from inoperative websites, server, transmission lines and
losses suffered by customer/ subscribers due to incorrect processing of lotto number
submission.
- LOTTOXPRESS will make every effort to enter subscriptions into
the system as entered; in the event of any discrepancy only the numbers and draw dates
recorded in our computer system participate.
- All Ontario lottery Corporation rules and regulations as it
pertains to LOTTO 649, Ontario $(, Double Play with ENCORE, LOTTARIO, PICK 3, Lotto Super
7 with ENCORE are in effect and applicable.
- Subscribers who chose credit card payment will receive a
confirmation of play within 24 hours.
- Subscribers paying by cheque or money order will receive a
confirmation of play within 24 hours after receipt of their payment.
- If for whatever reason, subscriber information including board
submission cannot be processed, LOTTOXPRESS will contact you within 24 hours by the
selected mode of response (except for mail, which will take longer)
